Copper Tungsten

This is a sintered products and can be supplied in various grades. The standard products are 25/75% and 30/70% in copper-tungsten comosition although other compositions are available as well as all grade of other manufacturer. This material is available in rod and plate and various cut pieces.
* As the electrode material for spark erosion of carbide and tungsten-carbide and various tungsten based alloys

Silver Tungsten

Various grade of silver-tungsten are available upon request.

Electric Contact

Electrical contacts can be produced from a variety of precious metals including fine silver, silver tungsten and copper tungsten alloy. The design of contacts could be provided to your specific application.

Molybdenum Wire

High refined molybdenum wire are hydrogen reduced to molybdenum power, having a purity of 99.9 minimum. The power is isostatically pressed and sintered into rod of a uniform fine grained structure. The rods are then drawn down to the required size.

Packing : 500m or 1km / per spool

Tungsten Wire

Tungsten wire is made from doped powders, that is powder in which small quantities of some material have been incorporated.The powders are consolidated under high pressure and sintered at high temperature and worked by rolling and swaging to heavy rod suitable for drawing.

Outside Diameter from 0.0020" to 0.0120"
Packing : 500m or 1km / per spool

Tungsten Rod

Tungsten rod is produced by pressing and sintering into billets, which are worked by rolling or swaging into rod. Smaller sizes are produced by subsequent drawing. Tungsten rods are produced in straight random length with smooth swage surface at diameter 3mm larger and with a smooth drawn finish below 3mm. Centerless-ground finish can also be furnished. Special specific diameters and length are available to supply upon request.
